COMPULSORY TRAFFIC INSURANCE (MTPL)

It is compulsory insurance which assures the legal responsibility of the operator in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 in case of the death, injury and material damage of third parties during the operation of the motor vehicle.
