Boğaziçi Insurance & Reinsurance Broker started its operations in 2005 with the permission and license given by T. C. Ministry of Treasury and Finance General Directorate of Insurance on life, non-life, and reinsurance broking.

The founders of the company are Levent OLGUNER who has many years of senior management experience in the sector and Boğaziçi Rent a Car and Investment.
