Material Damages:

• Traffic accident report,

• The license of the damaged vehicle,

• Court expert report or invoice (if no expert is assigned),

• Driving license of the driver,

• Notarization of the compensation paid by third parties to the third parties upon the consent of the Company (releases the insurance company, the owner and the driver of the insured vehicle),

• The court decision, execution order and receipt of payment related to compensation paid by the court decision

In Case of Death:

• Traffic accident report,

• Determination of heirship,

• Birth certificate 

• An official document showing the profession and monthly income of the deceased,

• Death report,

• If there is a compensation paid to the heirs by our insured as a result of the court decision; court decision, execution order and receipt of payment

In Case of Injury:

• Traffic accident report,

• Hospital epicrisis (history of disease) report,

• Originals of treatment cost bills.

In Case of Disability:

• Delegation report showing the degree of disability percentage obtained from a full-fledged hospital,

• Traffic accident report,

• Official document showing the status of the disabled person, profession and monthly income.

 

An additional document may be requested by the expert and / or the Insurance Company Claims Department according to the nature of the damage.
