LIABILITY

​-Employer's Lıability 

• Insurance policy

• Accident report (occupational safety or accident report of SSI inspectors)

• Date of commencement of work, notification of the duration of work depending on SSI, payroll

• Worker's contract, SSI notification or collective agreement

• Invoices showing the costs of treatment in injuries, certificate of inheritance in case of death, population family record and death report

• The release issued by the notary public for the payments made to the victim by the consent of the Insurance Company.

• Employer compensation requisition letter

• TC number of the victim

-Third-Party Liability 

In case of optional liability insurance damages, the injured person makes the demand from the insured who caused the damage and after this stage, our company comes into play.

In case of any damage covered by the policy coverage, the following documents are required.

• Insurance policy

• Minutes of the accident,

• Damaged person's request letter from the insured who caused the damage,

• The insured's opinions and information on the subject,

• Expenditure documents, medication clippings and prescription originals for the treatment costs of injuries, certificate of inheritance in case of death, family registration of the affected population, death report, burial license

• Document for the determination of loss (Expert report, court expert report etc.),

• In case of disagreement between the parties, the court decision in case the matter is referred to the judiciary,

• If there is a payment made by our insured according to the court decision, payment receipts by order of execution,

• Original documents in the prosecution file

• Claim letter indicating loss

• Policy premium receipt

• Accounting records

• As a result of the court decision

• The bank account information of the insured in order to make the payment; In case of recourse compensation, the insured must sign the compensation receipt.
