PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

With this insurance contract, the insured performs the professional activity specified in the policy and the subject of which is  defined by the related parties;

-Against the losses, arising from the incident occurred during the contract period and according to liability provisions, for which the indemnities are demanded within the contract period or afterward or,

​

-Due to an incident occurred before starting the contract or while the contract is in force, only the claims against the insured within the contract period are given up to the amount specified in the contract.
